You’ll get a text about 60 minutes in advance letting you know we’re on the way. You don’t need to be home; just make sure we have easy gate access and that protective/aggressive dogs are secured so we can work safely and efficiently.

During the Cleanup

Your technician will walk a planned route across the lawn to pick up every pile, then make multiple passes to double-check high-traffic areas. The goal: a thorough clean with nothing missed.

Safety & Sanitation

When the yard is done, we’ll snap a quick photo of your closed gate for peace of mind. Tools and footwear are sanitized with kennel-grade disinfectant after each visit to prevent cross-contamination and keep pets healthy.

Waste Disposal

Disposal is handled according to local rules: we’ll either double-bag and place in your trash or haul it away for proper disposal. If a trash can isn’t available at your home, we’ll double-bag and set the waste neatly at the side of the home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
